Subject: [802SEC] Motion

All,

At the closing SEC meeting in November, the motion that was passed to
contract with F2F for meeting planner services for the March 2003
meeting at DFW intentionally did not include a provision for using the
F2F web registration services as the terms and charges had not been
worked out. Buzz and I now have an agreement with F2F. The following
motion is to authorize the funds for the service. The cost is expected
to be about $1000. The motion asks for a bit more to cover the
unexpected.

Moved that the 802 Executive Secretary with the concurrence of the 802
Treasurer is authorized to contract for web registration services from
Face-to-Face Events, Inc. for the March 2003 802 Plenary meeting with
the total cost not to exceed $1500.

Thanks,
