[802SEC] MAC Security PAR


This is notification to the SEC as per the 30-day rule that 802.1 expects 
to request approval at the closing SEC meeting in July to forward a PAR for 
MAC Security to NesCom. The draft PAR and 5C can be found at the following

This is the first PAR generated as a result of the Link Security Study 
Group activity; it is anticipated that there will be one or more further 
PARs necessary in order to address other aspects of the work (e.g., 
extensions to 802.1X, choice/development of a suitable key management 
mechanism, etc...) in due course.
