[802SEC] RE: "A Crash Course in IEEE and 802 Brand Protection"

Meeting rooms have projectors. In 802.3 people present off their own laptops. I would though be happy to load the presentation on mine if you would prefer presenting that way.

Hi Jennifer,
Well, I guess I'm the traveling presentation.

Just a follow up regarding the logistics on the various working groups
meetings.
-Are they all at the same location/hotel?
-Will the meeting rooms have a PC/PC projector so I only bring the
presentation on a disk and load on at the actually meetings or a central
point person to whom I send the presentation in advance?
-If not, do I need to bring my laptop and/or PC projector to each meeting.
If so, I just want to make sure that I don't cause too much interruption,
etc.

Thanks!

Tony/Bob/Roger/Mike/Mark & Jerry

Per the message below, Paul has asked me to have you folks plan a spot in
your opening plenary agenda for Karen McCabe of IEEE-SA staff to give a
presentation to your Working Group on IEEE (presumably "Standards") Brand
Management. Jennifer Longman will be in touch with you shortly to arrange
scheduling particulars.
