[802SEC] RevCom submission of P802.16/Conformance02/D4

I have today submitted the application for RevCom approval of P802.16/Conformance02/D4 ("Draft Standard for Conformance to IEEE Standard 802.16 - Part 2: Test Suite Structure and Test Purposes (TSS&TP) for 10-66 GHz WirelessMAN-SC Air Interface"). I hope for approval at the RevCom meeting of 9 December.

A 15-day recirculation (which we consider to be a confirmation ballot) opened today.
I presume you have access to the PDF form of the draft, as submitted in the recirc. You may also find it here:

I will submit the FrameMaker sources of the draft separately.
The application is still missing a copyright release letter. I will submit that to you as soon as it is available.
Note that the sponsor (the IEEE 802 LMSC) has not yet approved of this RevCom submittal. However, I anticipate that it will do so on 14 November.
