RE: [802SEC] Proposed November agenda

I share Roger's concern that 5 minutes is not nearly
enough time to deal with this matter.

I believe that the Appeals Pannel's decision directs
the EC to actually reconsider the confirmation of the
March, 2003 802.20 elections and that they expect us
to do that at the earliest opportunity.

How we could possibly do that in 5 minutes escapes me,
unless it's [Move to affirm the results of the election.
Discussion? (none) Vote. (affirmation passes).]

I am strongly inclined to believe that in light of
the Appeals Pannel's findings that to stall 802.20
until the March plenary (and another election) would
be manifestly unfair, not just to the officers that
the Appeals Pannel appears to believe were duly elected,
but to the WG as a whole.
