Has there been a determination yet on the existence or timing of the proposed IEEE/IETF summit? Monday was mentioned as a possible spot for that.

A couple EC members (Bob Grow and Carl Stevenson) have conflicts with meeting on Tuesday evening. 
 
Therefore, my recommendation is to have the meeting on Monday evening (approx 6pm-9pm)--are there any objections?
