Having been through this a few times, attached is a more readable version of Bill's results.

 

Tony, I agree we should implement a web-based mechanism to hold email ballots.  Bob O'Hara--you and I should put together a plan in to implement a web mechanism during the March plenary and implement it as quickly as possible.
