[802SEC] RevCom - No Summer Early Consideration cycle in 2004
Dear EC members,
As part of your project planning process, you should be aware that RevCom
will not hold an Early Consideration cycle this summer--therefore your
deadlines for submissions will be limited to either 14 May or 13 August.
