[802SEC] +++EC Email Ballot+++ Motion to conditionally approve forwarding of 802.3ah to RevCom under Procedure 10

Dear EC members,

This is a 10 day email ballot to make a determination on the following
motion.  The ballot opens 10:30PM EDT 26 April 2004 and closes 10:30PM EDT 6
May 2004.

Motion:  To conditionally approve forwarding P802.3ah to RevCom under
procedure 10 of the LMSC P&P.  Please see the attached file for detailed
background information.
