I'm still conflicted, but I like the sound of Tony's suggestion below
too...

Privately Tony suggested an even more fun idea.  Let's have a motion to
add all the EC members to the unconflicted EC!

Who says standards can't be entertaining?

I would like to make an alternative motion:

"The UC-EC requests the EC Chair, Paul Nikolich, to request that the 
SB return the EC to normal operation under 802 P&P with regard to 
802.20 matters, with immediate effect."
