Attached is a draft schedule based on the meeting requirements from the
March plenary. Please disregard the meeting room names. Kindly review the
schedule and forward any additions or changes to your working group
schedules by Monday, June 2, 2008.
Kindly remember that our equipment guidelines include one microphone for
rooms set for 50 or greater and two microphones for 100 or greater. The
equipment key is located at the bottom of the attached schedule page.
