Re: [802SEC] Petition for Reconsideration of White Space Rules

Dear All,

The due date for the comments is 28 April rather than 25 April. The replies
are due 10 days after that.

For now I would still like to have any 802.18 conference call on 20 April.

Thanks to Rob Kubik for catching the error.

Regards,

Mike

Dear All,

The FCC notice regarding the Petitions for Reconsideration in this matter
appeared in the 4/10/09 Federal Register, therefore the 15 day window has
opened. The closing date is in 15 days (25 April) and reply comments need to
be filed within 10 days after that (3 May). Bottom line is that both dates
are prior to the wireless interim.

Please advise if there is an interest in filing comments on the other
Petitions for Reconsideration. An 802.18 conference call to develop comments
would have to be announced by 15 April be and held 20 April to allow for a 5
day EC review.

Regards,

Mike

Subject: [802SEC] Petition for Reconsideration of White Space Rules

Dear All,

Attached is the list of those filing petitions for reconsideration of the
FCC's white space rules, which includes the petition approved at the March
plenary.

Oppositions to these petitions must be filed within 15 days of the
publication of the petitions in the Federal Register. Replies to an
opposition will need to be filed within 10 days after the closing of the
opposition filing period. Depending on the date of publication in the
Federal Register it is possible that all of this will occur prior to the May
wireless interim. In that case any replies from 802 would need to be
developed by conference call.

Regards,

Mike
