[802SEC] Fw: Sennheiser Filing in 04-186

Dear All,

As you will recall IEEE 802 filed a Petition for Reconsideration in the FCC proceeding regarding the FCC's proposed rules for use of TV white spaces. The attached comments were filed in support of the use of wireless microphones. They disagree with IEEE 802's suggestion to raise the sensing threshold for wireless microphones.

There is no action required on the part of IEEE 802 at this time.

Regards,

Mike

As a courtesy, I am sending a copy of the May 8 filing by Sennheiser
Electronic Corporation in ET Docket Nos. 04-186 and 02-380, "Unlicensed
Operation in the TV Broadcast Bands," to those petitioners who listed
email addresses in their pleadings (and a few others) -- some of whom
did not list street addresses for mail service.
