Hi Mat and all,
There is a comment by me, and the notation above it is incorrect. This addresses only the LMSC OM to raise their 2/3 to 75%....The WG already has a 75% threshold on serious matters, i.e. technical issues,
even to bring back an issue to discuss requires a 75% approval, which is , I believe how it should be for the WG's and the EC.
Just wanted to clarify.
