Disapprove.

I have no fundamental problem with the shortening proposal but
I also agree with Tony regarding the specifics of afternoon break time proposed. WG11 uses the 3:30 to 4:00 pm window for the afternoon break and I need to  continue to reserve that time in my schedule.

I would agree with Bob - in its current form, I disapprove the motion.

However, an alternative motion that simply changed the afternoon break to be
3-4pm would get my approval.
