Folks-
This appears to be a result of the server hardware failure in New Jersey 
that occurred during the week that the Wireless folks were in Hawaii.  
IEEE IT moved the servers to different hardware with different IP 
addresses.  The expired certificate (as I understand it) is a result of 
this move.  You can just say YES.
