This is a reminder of our call 1-3pm et today.  The tentative agenda is as 
follows:

1) December BOG meeting update, Paul, 15 minutes
2) New Model for Maintenance of IEEE Standards, Geoff, 30 minutes (see 
attached material)
3) 802 Workshop Saturday afternoon before the March Plenary--finalize agenda 
and participants, Paul, 30 minutes
4) Update on March 2012 venue options, Buzz, 15 minutes
5) Any other business? 15 minutes
   - I would like to discuss prepartion for an EC workshop similar to the 
one we had in July 2009

For item 3 I'll use the attached agenda from the Standards Education 
Workshop held at Globecom in 2009 as an example of how we can cover 802 
process, projects and standards even though the entire EC cannot be present 
due to travel constraints.  Each chair will be responsible to update the 
material as appropriate, then we simply will need to arrange for substitutes 
to present on each topic for those EC members that cannot be present.

As a reminder, below is the initial tentative agenda I suggested--let's try 
to finalize it today so that we can circulate it to the local technical 
community in Singapore and to all interested parties via our website.  I 
know the Fanny Su at the local IEEE office is excited to help as well as IDA 
and I2R.
