Sorry you are having a difficult time.  I sent the email with the screen 
shots in the email.  Either Lotus Notes or the list-serv scrapped them out 
and made them gif.  Here is the email in a MS Word.doc  I am sure here are 
others having a difficult time.

Chris-
What is the file format for the screen shots?
My machine (a MAC) can find no information in the file name or the file 
to decide what application it should try to use to open the attachments.
