[802SEC] Proposed press release for 802 series of standards releases

Please find the attached press release on "updates to three broadband 
wireless communications technologies in the IEEE 802® family of 
standards as well as a new IEEE 802 standards-development project"

The three standards listed as updates are 802.15.4g, 802.16 and 
802.16.1.  In addition, it announces the formation of IEEE P802.21d.

This is a pre-circulation in anticipation of an EC electronic ballot to 
approve. If possible, please send any comments by 17 October to the 
email list, after which I would like to start an early close ballot.
