EC Colleauges

In order to ensure that the O&A proceeds smoothly, I have presubmitted a PAR modification request that changes the scope and purpose on the PAR to match the current scope and purpose in the draft. I expect that this PAR modification request will be submitted for approval at the closing EC meeting in Orlando. The text is here:
