and D Block spectrum for in-flight connectivity service while also protecting operations
in the adjacent Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) spectrum from
harmful interference. Among other
things, AT&T seeks revisions to the construction requirement, power limits,
and out-of-band emission limits, and proposes a new SDARS coordination rule. By
