Re: [802SEC] quick straw poll: when should we conduct the 802c draft PAR discussion: Monday or Tuesday?

Pat,

I agreed to delay the start of the tutorials 30 minutes to 18:30, hence the 21:30 start time.  802.3 is occupying some of the floorspace allocated for the tutorials and we want to give the 802.3 WG as much time as possible for their opening plenary session, scheduled to end 18:00, empty the room, and the hotel staff time to move air walls around to set up the bigger space for the tutorials.

Regards,

Because of the comment deadline, Monday is best.

Why 21:30? The empty tutorial slot starts at 21:00. The time is already late in the evening, let’s not push it any later.

Dear EC members,

Please indicate your preference for the 802c draft PAR discussion ASAP.  Choose only one.  All EC members are eligible to cast a ballot.  Thank you.

1) Monday 21:30-22:30 (scheduled to avoid conflict with Tutorials)

2) Tuesday 21:30-22:30 (scheduled to avoid conflict with several WG and Privacy ECSG mtgs)

Regards,
