Re: [802SEC] Update - Presentations for Monday Nov 3 Meeting to discuss 802C PAR

I'm back in communication now.  I am willing to present motivations for CID creation and encouragement for use of local addresses to reduce pressure on the OUI / MAC Address space.  If I can get RAC consensus on a presentation, I would present as Chair of the RAC (perhaps difficult to get with time remaining), if that can't happen, it will be as an individual.

Dear EC members,

I will chair the Monday night meeting for the IEEE 802c draft PAR discussion.  Given that we've budgeted 1 hour, I request we follow this process:

a) presenters send their presentations to JohnD for posting to the EC Documents location on Mentor to the as soon as possible so people have a chance to review them off-line.
b) presenters keep their presentations as brief as possible
c) all questions be held until the presentations are complete and the discussion phase begins

I want to us have at least 30 minutes for discussion and a possible straw poll.
