[802SEC] 802.15.4 Revision Sponsor Ballot Conditional Approval

Good Day All-

We recently completed the WG Letter Ballot 2nd recirculation of the 
802.15.4 Revision draft per the schedule presented in Berlin.  The results 
were:

Yes 80  (97.56%)
Abstain 4
No 2

There were no new NO voters and no new comments supporting No votes. There 
were no technical changes made to the draft.  The requirements of the 
conditional approval to start Sponsor Ballot granted in Berlin have been 
met. The plan is to start the Sponsor Ballot in the next few days. Please
