Re: [802SEC] +++ 10 day EC Electronic Ballot +++ Early Close

John et. al.,
As there is only one Tutorial, I would ask that we also move the start time back by 15-20 minutes so we do not ask a Task group to end early to allow for the start of the Tutorial.
If we can do that, then i would vote yes to your motion.

Dear EC Members,

At the upcoming Nov 2019 Plenary, there will only be 1 tutorial session on Monday night, which leaves additional time for individual WG use, if the time is released by the EC.  Previously, the EC had voted to release Monday evenings with no tutorial sessions back to the WGs for their schedule / use.  (See Consent Agenda Item 4.04, June 5, 2018,  No such motion was taken at the June teleconference by the EC in relationship to the unused time at the Nov 2019 Plenary.

I have discussed the situation with Paul, who has delegated to me the conduct of the EC electronic ballot on the following motion:

Motion to release time not used for tutorials on Monday Evening Nov 11 for WG schedule / use.

Early close: As required in subclause 4.1.2 'Voting rules' of the IEEE 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual, this is notice that, to ensure the release is provided in a timely manner, this ballot may close early once sufficient responses are received to clearly decide a matter.

Thanks and best regards,

John D’Ambrosia
