Based on a quick confirmation check, Mentor seems normal to me.

Cheers,

Paul et al,

Just wanted to update you that we are still working on some data transition validation and are unable to bring the connected systems back online at this time. We hope to do this as soon as possible and will provide another update tomorrow morning.

Thank You,
Greg

Myproject, Mentor and IMAT are essentially the same application on the back end and share a database. To make sure we have the most accurate data at the time of transition, we have decided to disable access to all connected applications when we migrate to our new system. Once the data update is complete and our synchronization processes are in place, we will be able to re-enable access to mentor and IMAT.

We expect to be able to bring back access to mentor and IMAT early in the day on Monday.

Greg

Why is Mentor and IMAT being disrupted when they update the myproject
system?

If this is correct - then we need to send an announcement to the SA
reflector.  Please advise.

John

Subject: myProject Release & Transition Update

Dear myProject User:

We would like to provide an update on the upcoming release of the newly
improved IEEE SA myProject during the week of 26 January 2020!

We are now approaching the second phase of the rollout and will be moving
forward with the data freeze on Sunday 26 January. As a result of this, you
will experience the planned disruption in access to myProject, Mentor and
IMAT.

As previously stated, we will experience service interruption for 3-5
business days. This period will be used to verify the data transition and
transition the pre-production to production and testing the disaster
recovery site.  If verification fails, we will restore access to the old
system and reschedule transition. Note, it is anticipated that Mentor and
IMAT may come online prior to the new myProject application.

For more information on some of the key updates to the application, please
see the following document:

https://ieee.box.com/v/myproject-key-changes

For questions or input for further improvements to myProject please email
myPrTransition@ieee.org

Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
