IEEE DySPAN-SC ad hoc on Dynamic Spectrum Access in Vehicular Environments (DSA-VE)
Overview
On July 7th, 2011 the ad hoc on Dynamic Spectrum Access in Vehicular Environments was created within IEEE DySPAN-SC
To identify the direction and the need to create a PAR on Dynamic Spectrum Access for Vehicular Communications.
This group is not limited to IEEE DySPAN-SC participants and is open to everybody.

- Contribute submissions
To submit and present a contribution, please follow the steps below:

Prepare your contribution using one of the templates:
Presentation (Powerpoint) and
Document (Word)

Send an email to the chair indicating when you would like to present your contribution and how much time you will need for the presentation. Attach your contribution to the email.

The chair will assign the document number to your contribution and will upload it to the server in PDF format. Also, the chair will confirm you that your contribution is uploaded and included into the agenda.
To be sure that your contribution will be considered for inclusion into the agenda, please send it to the chair at least 3 days before the teleconference or meeting or upload it to the document space and send a notification to the chair.
