Dear IFETS readers,

I am a tutor/manager at an FE college in England, and am currently studying
for the MA in Learning and Teaching at De Montfort University. As my
Dissertation Topic I am researching attitudes to 'Help' files within
software and am gathering as many views as possible on this topic. Please
