Hi all--
I am a candidate for a Master's of Management with an IT concentration at
Eastern Nazarene College, and have chosen the subject of student progress in
distance education programs to fulfill my thesis requirement. My objective
is to perform a quantitative test of David Kember's model of student
persistence in distance education. The original study was presented in his
1995 book entitled "Open Learning Courses for Adults: A Model of Student
Progress."
In order to get a good sample for my study, I would like to survey
approximately 100 adults currently enrolled in distance education degree
programs. If you can participate, the survey is posted online at
http://people.ne.mediaone.net/angrisano/survey.htm.
Thanks for taking the time if you can help out!
