Dear colleagues

We shall have our next discussion in this IFETS discussion list on
the theme "A theory for eLearning". The discussion will run during
10-21 March 2003, and will be moderated by Mark Nichols, UCOL,
Palmerston North, New Zealand.

The pre-discussion paper for the discussion will be posted in the list
