Standards Study Group on Nanoscale Devices
This group is considering two broad areas for future standards.
Device Measurement including instrumentation, destructive and non-destructive testing, chemical and biological issues, quantum and contact effects, and mechanical, optoelectronic, electrical and thermal properties.
Device Geometry for two terminal (e.g. diodes, LEDs, capacitors, actuators, resistors) and three terminal devices(e.g. transistors, memory cells and quantum cellular automata)
The initial focus will be on test and measurement tools.
