2003, 2004, & 2005

The below minutes are from the NESC Technical Subcommittee meetings held in September and October 2003 and October 2005. The Subcommittee met in 2003 to make preliminary recommendations on all change proposals received to revise the 2002 NESC. The subcommittee also met in January 2004 to address the CPs that were referred to working groups in the fall 2003. The technical subcommittee met again in October 2005 to consider all comment received and make final recommendations on all change proposals.
