[PP-DIALOG] Draft FAQ updates related to the custom LOA form - comment period open until 29 August 2019

PatCom has drafted some proposed updates to the patent policy FAQs.

Please see the attached clean and redline versions.

PatCom is seeking review of the draft FAQ updates at this time. [It is anticipated that a final draft version of updated FAQs will be considered for approval at the November 2019 PatCom meeting.]

If you wish to submit comments, please do so by 29 August 2019.

Please note that PatCom requests that comments be limited to the FAQs with proposed updates, other existing FAQs that have relevance to the custom LOA form, and suggestions for potential new FAQs with relevance to the custom LOA form.

Please use the attached comment form (.xls).

Please email the comment form to patcom@xxxxxxxx by 29 August.
