Failure to complete and return this form will cause your name to be deleted from the IEEE SCC20 mailing list. You will be classified as an "Interested Party" during 2012 if your form is received after the above date. You may also select “Interested Party” to remain informed of meetings and activities.

Subcommittee Membership and Ballot Registration:The following matrix gives you the opportunity to register yourself as a member of SCC20 subcommittees and/or indicate general interest (Interested Party). Note that to be classified as a Member you have to be an active participant in at least one subcommittee. The most obvious evidence of active participation is to have attended at least one sub-committee meeting. Sub-committee membership allows access to working documents of the subcommittee. Note that Standards balloting is restricted to IEEE Standards Association members and is performed using the “My Ballot” System. See IEEE SA Website for details.
