The 0.15 version of TestResults includes the final changes (for now) to the Units from Common. This version inherits the most recent Common.xsd, v0.37

In addition:

TestProgram has been changed to inherit from SoftwareInstance vs from Document.

A Personnel element has been added. This has child elements Operator, CustomerRepresentative and QualityAssurance. An additional "Other" person element may be added if anyone thinks it is necessary.
