TestConfiguration Working Group Minutes

The meeting consisted of a group discussion of the current TestConfiguration schema (Version 0.3b).  Three minor changes were made to the schema, making the new version (0.3c) the latest and greatest.

It was then discussed that the TestConfiguration schema is ready for people to try to use it.  The two primary users of this schema, Tim Davis for the US Navy and John Knowles for the UK MoD, plan on putting the schema to the test by the time of the next face-to-face meeting.
