The test results schemata are now, officially, hosted at

    http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1232/working/Common.xsd

 

These are in the non-password protected area of the DMC website. The diagnostic schemata are also on the DMC website but still in a protected area. Their URLs are

If you know the username and password for the private area (which you should if you are a DMC member), then you should be able to access all of these.
