All of the ATML related schemas achieving Candidate and Recommendation status will be hosted on the TII public website
 
The latest versions accessible through http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/scc20/tii/archive.htm
 
The Candidate & Recommendation archive areas will be a naming convention of http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/scc20/tii/ATML/<year>/<Candidate Version>
for example the recent TestResults candidate can be found at  http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/scc20/tii/ATML/2004/01
 
The individual working draft schemas are managed by the various working groups, most of which are on Groove and also shadowed In the various Web Site locations e.g.
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/scc20/tii/ATML/Working%20Groups/.
 
Users looking to see the current ATML schemas should refer to the ATML Archive webpage on the TII website http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/scc20/tii/archive.htm

These are in the non-password protected area of the DMC website. The diagnostic schemata are also on the DMC website but still in a protected area. Their URLs are
 
 
If you know the username and password for the private area (which you should if you are a DMC member), then you should be able to access all of these.
