P1583 Update and Schedule
Title:
For those of you reviewing the current draft 5.3.2
Voting Equipment Standards, comments are due at 8:00am CST Sunday, December
19. Please send the comments to Pete Klammer at pklammer@comcast.net . I will be
off email at that time so it is very important that comments are sent to
Pete. He will compile all the comments into one spreadsheet.
A spreadsheet is posted on the private web page
with the comment resolutions from 5.3.1 that were used to create
5.3.2.
Peter Zelechoski is currently going through
draft 5.3.2 for formatting, typos, etc.
We hope to get an update for Chapter 1 and sections
5.2 and 6.2 before next weekend.
A
teleconference has been scheduled for
Wednesday, December 22 at 11:00am CST to review where we are with the
draft, next actions, and possibly schedule a meeting the last week in
January. (This is not a
meeting.)

Dec 23 Post new draft that has the editorial
updates and break the draft into separate chapters/sections so Task Groups can
update based on new comments
Jan 9 Task Groups submit
updated chapters/sections along with comment resolutions to Doug

Jan 10 Post new draft for review and
comment. (We want a 2 week period.)
Jan 24 Comments due.
