I'm interested in hearing the basis for your opinion here.  Do you have
any statistics which would indicate that it is common for voters to vote
on a touchscreen, ignore the on-screen (where their interactions have been
taking place) feedback, and catch a "wrong candidate" event by noticing it
on a paper ballot copy?

I know of no studies to look at those rates, but would be very interested
in learning more.
