Using the IEEE Shop
The IEEE Shop Web site was refurbished in 3Q 2007. Unfortunately, even for a technically aware organization, the initial launch version suffers basic shortcomings. Users of non-Internet Explorer browsers, such as Firefox can experience sudden time-outs and messages like “It appears you are using Firefox. This site supports numerous Internet browsers on multiple platforms; however, it is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows. You are welcome to continue at this time, but if you have any difficulties, please contact us at: http://www.ieee.org/memberservices”
