I can assure you that from my company's perspective, it has nothing to do with SUMO, but has all to do with process and procedure within IEEE.  The process violations, etc. affect my company in other IEEE activities.  And the IEEE-SA actions do affect work in this group that is unrelated to SUMO.

So even if a re-vote were to occur and SUMO won by a clear majority, I'd still be appealing the IEEE-SA actions.
