Your comments are quite helpful, but I would like
to clarify one point:

We actually have a great deal of content to manage.
In particular, we have both OpenCyc and SUMO as
starting ontologies, and we need to accommodate
quite a few other ontologies that may be added
to the mix.
Support for version control, incremental changes,
and structured metadata are important right from
the beginning.
