I originally replied to a posting that concerned the difference
between "process" and "event" as requiring a location. As you
stated above, I replied that location information should not
be required for either representation, but should be optional
so that it can be provided or not, as the situation requires,
not as the representation requires.
So I think we are in violent agreement on this one.
