I support the positions that Bob Spillers and Jon Awbrey
have recommended.

We still have a lot of work to do and a lot of documents and
other material to consider.

It is premature to suggest that some of them should have
higher status than others.  The purpose of the work is to
determine what material from any of them should go into
a draft proposed standard.
