RE: SUO: Proposal for Starter Content




Dear Jim,

If it is sufficient, I am happy for it to be considered as
a formal proposal. But I am no longer sure if we have a
process for proposing material, and what the outcome would be.
Most of our recent votes/discussions seem to me to have ended
inconclusively. So I was wondering how to proceed as much as
anything else, and what sort of outcome would be desirable.
