MW: What we have is your (each of us) skill, judgement, prejudice.
That is what we have used previously.
MW: I think Bob Spiller's proposal was following on from the
discussion on John Sowa's recent proposal that you should be able
to just suggest material for inclusion in the IFF. I'm not sure
if this was an explicit part of the resolution that was passed
though.
