Re: Procedures Document

D6  (document 007, text version) is still not in conformity with the IEEE voting rules which we have just followed in the Martin matter.  When an objection was raised on March 25, Matthew West responded promptly that this error would be corrected. But the document still reads that a "majority of those voting" is sufficient to pass a motion.  The correct phrasing is a "majority of those qualified to vote".  Lee

PS Will there be posted a rollcall of the recent vote, as in previous votes?

All,
Are there any objections to adopting Version 1.0 D6 of the procedures document at http://suo.ieee.org/SUO/SUO-Procedures/documents.html.
This document was developed and achieved consensus within the SUO Policies Subgroup, and has previously been posted to this full list for comments.
