I agree with Rich M. that this topic is interesting,
but it's not consistent with the theme of this list.
However, I think we can all agree with the following
point:

This current administration has run roughshod over the
Constitution, and if they are allowed to get away with it,
all checks and balances are lost.
(And by the way, this is *not* a partisan issue -- I used
to be a Republican -- in the same sense as Lincoln, Teddy R.,
and Eisenhower. That was truly the Grand Old Party.)
