We can't move such a big thing here without a real Chair, capable to lead so heterogeneous minds. My proposal is to ask John Sowa to take such a heavy duty. Hope neither John nor Jim will not object.

All,

This group still exists, but has not been active.

It's charter as a standards group expired, so it is now
recognized (by IEEE Computer Society) as the Semantic Interoperability
Community of Interest. It is free to do things related to this topic.
It has no offical leadership (Chair, etc.) at this time.

If anyone is interested in doing anything, just do so. Post a
discussion topic. Ask a nagging question that Ask.com couldn't handle.
Start a collaborative project. Post a document for review. We have a
couple hundred subscribers last time I checked. The name of this
discussion list we left as-is, but that should not limit the scope of
this group.
